100 Day Challenge

In January 2024, CANB embarked on its largest project as an organization. We were the first project, of any kind, in the country to use the internationally recognized 100 day challenge methodology to find innovative immigration pathways into the NB construction industry. This highly successful and innovative project has been recognized as a national leading approach to bringing government and industry together to come up with industry led solutions to the recruitment challenges our industry is facing.

Atlantic Immigration Project

Together with our industry association colleagues from across Atlantic Canada, CANB has supported the ACIP report title ‘Assessment of Immigration as a Source of Labour for the Construction sector in the Atlantic Provinces’.
