National Building Code
The Province of New Brunswick is adopting the 2020 National Building Code of Canada and 2020 National Energy Code of Canada for Buildings. CANB organized four in person training events as well as a virtual presentation presented by RJ Bartlett Engineering (now apart of CBCL).

Construction Services Regulation under Procurement Act
On December 1, 2022, the Crown Construction Contracts Act was dissolved, and a new Construction Regulation under the Procurement Act was enacted.

Construction Remedies Act
